Inspection reports
To make sure that licensed facilities are operating in a healthy and safe manner, our licensing officers conduct regular inspections. We are committed to informing the public about our work and providing you with the information you need about care facilities.
If a facility is in non-compliance or has an infraction, it means that they are not operating according to legislated requirements. A licensing officer will discuss infractions with the facility operator and, depending on the level of risk associated with the issue, make an action plan to resolve the matter.
Our searchable Inspection Report database allows you to search a facility by name and view any routine monitoring and/or follow-up inspection reports.

- Please note: If you choose to view the general list of inspection reports instead of searching for a specific facility, you will notice that there are other businesses listed. This is because we inspect more than just community care facilities.
