Neurological rehabilitation services are for adults with a neurological condition such as a head injury, multiple sclerosis (MS), Parkinson's, and other conditions. The goal of rehabilitation is to improve the physical, cognitive and social functioning through individual and group treatment. Priority is given to clients being discharged from the hospital (outpatients).
