Trained Crisis Line Responders provide emotional support, crisis de-escalation and intervention 24/7 via phone, chat and text. Crisis Response Teams help you with crisis intervention, including assessment and linkages to appropriate community and hospital resources when you are experiencing an acute mental health or substance use crisis.

Our specialized teams respond to the hospital (acute care and emergency departments) and community locations to provide you with urgent assessment, intervention and referral. Our services may involve collaborative approaches across a number of community services and may be based in the hospital or community.
