About Creekside Landing

Creekside Landing, located in Vernon, embodies social integrated model of care is designed to provide a safe environment that acknowledges each person as an individual and supports the creation of partnerships to assist and support the highest quality of life possible.
This facility is two stories with complex care on the lower level and assisted living on upper level. There are 70 furnished, private complex care suites that are divided into ten villas. Includes a secure area for those with exit-seeking behaviour.
